Built Properly. Built Once.
Luxe Pods was created to offer a premium alternative to rushed garden rooms and overpriced extensions.
We believe outdoor spaces should feel permanent, insulated and properly finished — not temporary add-ons.

OUR APPROACH
We do not build cheap, rushed, or corner cutting structures. Every pod space we create is designed for the long term, with a clear focus on increasing property value, expanding usable space, unlocking income potential, and improving overall lifestyle quality. Our approach is simple, build it properly, build it to last, and build it with purpose.

Luxe Pods was built on one simple belief:
Your outdoor space deserves to be treated like real living space.
We bring high end, fully insulated, turnkey garden rooms to the Irish market. No compromises. No vague pricing. No poor finishes.
Just beautifully designed, fully finished spaces that feel like a true extension of your home.
We don’t build sheds.
We build real rooms.

What We Actually Do

- Professionally plastered internally for a true room finish
- Finished with MDF skirting and architraves
- Fitted with A rated uPVC or aluminium windows and doors
- Built on a properly prepared foundation
This is not a dressed up shed. It is a properly constructed structure designed for year round living.

Frequently Asked Questions
In most cases, garden rooms can be built under permitted development. It is important to check with your local council before proceeding.Typically, the largest garden room that can be installed without planning permission is 25m².
If your garden room falls within permitted development guidelines, you do not need formal permission. However, it is always best to inform your neighbours out of courtesy.
We can install bathrooms and small kitchens, and even join multiple units to create full living accommodation. This may require planning permission, so we recommend confirming with your local authority.
You need enough space to accommodate the unit and suitable access to your garden, even if access is through the house. Always check with your local authority regarding planning requirements.
Our garden rooms are custom built to suit your space, whether your garden is 5 metres wide or significantly larger.
Ideally, a concrete base should be installed before we begin. This reduces time on site and allows for faster completion.
If this is not possible, we can provide this service as an additional option.
We offer concrete bases, ground screws, and concrete posts. The best option depends on access and intended use.
For home gyms, we strongly recommend a concrete base to handle heavy weights safely.
Depending on size and design, your Luxe Pod will be constructed using insulated panels or a full timber frame for bespoke builds.
Each unit is crafted by skilled tradesmen with years of experience and built to the highest quality standards.
Most garden rooms are completed within 5 to 10 days. This may increase slightly if additional groundwork is required.
Our garden rooms are designed to last decades with minimal annual maintenance. Roof coverings and cladding materials are typically estimated to last 25+ years.
We offer Western Red Cedar, Siberian Larch, uPVC, and Composite options.Western Red Cedar is our most popular choice due to its natural durability and beautiful façade.
Untreated, it can last up to 60 years and will naturally weather to a silver-grey finish.
We provide a range of flooring options depending on whether your Luxe Pod is multi-purpose, a gym, office, or living space.
All Luxe Pods are fully wired with electricity as standard. Water can also be installed if nearby services are available.
We can install CAT 6 cabling to directly connect your garden room to your home network. WiFi boosters may also work if the unit is close to the house.
Additional soundproofing can be installed. Each Luxe Pod already includes 100mm earthwool insulation and insulated plasterboard for strong sound and heat insulation.
Large doors and windows provide natural ventilation. Smart electric heaters are included as standard and can be controlled via WiFi.
For full climate control, optional air conditioning units are available.
Garden rooms increase usable living space and can add 5 to 10 percent to your property’s value, according to estate agents and lenders.
They typically cost up to one quarter of a traditional extension while delivering similar space, in a fraction of the time, with minimal disruption.
Home office expenses can often be tax deductible. Please consult your local revenue authority for specific advice.
